Felipe Cevallos, a member of the York University men’s soccer program, has been awarded a grant from the Nebraska Greats Foundation (NGF), an organization dedicated to supporting current and former athletes facing medical and financial hardships.
Cevallos has been a dedicated student-athlete at York University, who plays an integral part in the men’s soccer program. The NGF grant will help provide crucial support as he navigates personal and financial challenges, allowing him to focus on his health, academics, and continued involvement at York.
The Nebraska Greats Foundation provides assistance to athletes whose lives have been impacted by unexpected challenges, helping ease financial burdens related to health, recovery, and overall well-being. The grant awarded to Cevallos reflects NGF’s ongoing commitment to standing behind athletes during difficult times, regardless of where their athletic careers take them.
